Xiaoxi is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the US and China with over 10 years multinational financial transactions experience in China, Chicago and London. He has worked for Protiviti - a global organization that helps our clients meet the risk challenges, Acergy UK Limited – a seabed to surface engineering firm as a Sarbanes Oxley consultant and presently the Financial Controller with Perfect World (PWRD – NASDAQ) supervising and implementing IPO on NASDAQ and coordinating Sarbanes Oxley Compliance project.

Chuck bagged a BSc Economics from RenMin University , China and MSc in Accounting from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
