Biodun graduated with first class Honour degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He also bagged an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University- Ile ife. He has over 20 years working experience that cover Audit, Consultancy practice, Accounting and Banking.

He has worked for Deloitte Adetona Ishichei & Co. (Chattered Accountants), AW Consultants, Geco-Prackler (a subsidiary of Schlumberger oil servicing), and Guaranty Trust Bank Plc and First Atlantic Bank Plc before commencing Audit and Consulting services- Mc ford Consulting limited.

He is a fellow member and council member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN) and a fellow of the institute of Chattered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) He is also an Associates member of Chattered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
